About the Scholarship
All nationals are eligible to apply for the Fully Funded SIIT Scholarships in Thailand for master’s and doctorate degrees. The undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees offered by Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) lead to the following degrees: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ), Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. ), Master of Science (M.Sc. ), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). Chemical engineering (ChE), civil engineering (CE), computer engineering (CPE), digital engineering (DE), electrical engineering (EE), engineering management (EM), industrial engineering (IE), management technology (MT), and mechanical engineering (ME) are among the fields in which bachelor’s degrees are offered.
The Master of Engineering Programme in Engineering Technology, the Master of Engineering Programme in Information and Communication Technology for Embedded Systems, and the Master of Engineering Programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Systems Engineering are the three master’s programmes that SIIT provides. Additionally, it provides a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science programme in engineering and technology.
Benefits of the Scholarship
Selected applicants will enjoy the following benefits:
1. Complete support for both tuition and fees (including full thesis support).
2. A monthly living allowance of 10,000 Baht.
3. Economy class round-trip tickets for a direct flight to Thailand.
4. Airport taxes, Visa Fee, and a maximum of 10,000 Baht will be provided.
5. There will be health and accident insurance during the scholarship programme.
Scholarship Eligibility
The following list outlines the requirements for the 2025 Fully Funded SIIT Scholarships in Thailand:
1. Not a Thai Citizen or do not hold Thai Nationality.
2. Meet qualification criteria of SIIT graduate program HERE
3. Two Strong Recommendation (At least One from Academic Insitute). You can Check Sample How to write a Recommendation Letter
4. Have Good Health and Good Conduct.
Supporting Documents
1. A statement of purpose (At least one page of a statement of purpose)
2. A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
3. An official transcript or current transcript:
a. For Master’s degree application, bachelor’s degree transcript with at least GPA. 2.75.
b. For Doctoral degree application, bachelor’s degree transcript and Master’s degree transcript with GPA. 3.50
4. Certificate of English proficiency test as one as follows (if any):- TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+) or- IELTS 4.5+ or – TU-GET 400+ or – TOEIC 500+Remark: The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no any certificate of English proficiency test.
5. Citizen ID card or passport
6. Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)
7. Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches’ size as jpeg. only)
