International Student Scholarships at the University of Ottawa 2023/2024
1. President’s Scholarship for International Students
One full-time undergraduate international student will receive the prize. It is one of the most distinguished scholarships at the University of Ottawa and is worth $30,000
Candidates must possess a valid student visa, meet the minimal admission standard, exhibit leadership abilities, and commit to both academic and extracurricular activities. The scholarship is renewable for the next three years as long as the student maintains full-time enrollment, international student status, and a minimum cumulative grade point average of 8.50. The second, third, and fourth-place finishers each receive a one-time $1,500 award from the university.

2. Chancellor’s Scholarship for International Students
One of the most coveted scholarships at the university is the $26,000 Chancellor’s Scholarship, which is given to full-time international undergraduate students. For the final three years of their undergraduate education, students can extend their scholarships. 3. Faculty of Arts Dean’s Merit Scholarship
These 10 renewable scholarships, each worth $4,000, are given out by the Faculty of Arts. Candidates must be enrolled full-time and for the first time in an undergraduate degree at the university’s Faculty of Arts in order to be eligible. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient is enrolled full-time in the Faculty of Arts and has a cumulative grade point average of 9.00 or higher at the end of a semester. 4. Faculty of Engineering Dean’s Merit Scholarship
