Requirements
- Minimum Qualification in Business Administration

Job Responsibilities
- In order to prevent abandoned calls, especially during peak hours, manage order hotlines by making sure calls are handled promptly.
- At all times, make sure the departmental service level is met.
- Assure correct and prompt processing of orders placed via the order hotline.
- Make sure that the processes for processing orders requiring pricing approval, items with sales restrictions, and other major requirements are properly followed.
- Organize the information flow on order status, delivery arrangements, and incorrect orders between customers, principals, the warehouse, and the delivery team.
- Make sure that important details about unique scheduling requests and urgent deliveries are conveyed, and that the delivery section is followed up with until the delivery is completed.
- When necessary, help with the processing of orders coming from other sources, such as fax, sales order, or electronic orders.
- In charge of gathering data and promptly entering feedback into the CRM system.
- Check and evaluate the given information. When feasible, address problems immediately; if not, assign the work to the appropriate departments so they may address the issue or correct the feedback.
- Make sure that all concerns and problems are promptly reported by principals and consumers.
- As needed, offer administrative help. For instance, filing, entering data, getting documents, and any other tasks given.
- Make sure that ISO procedures are strictly followed and adhered to.
